Once your watch is received, please allow 7-10 business days for evaluation. Upon diagnosing the issue, we will provide you with an estimate. If you agree to proceed with the repair, please allow 2-4 weeks for the repair to be finished. If your repair requires us to order parts from the watch manufacturer we are at the mercy of the parts availability. If your repair is expected to take longer than 2-4 weeks wee will contact you with the most accurate time frame we can provide.
We can ship internationally in most cases via USPS International. If you do not see your country available during checkout please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org We follow all customs guidelines for your country.
It depends on where you are. Domestic shipments are typically via USPS Priority Mail and take 1-3 days to arrive. International deliveries (outside of the United States) can take anywhere from 7-16 days. VTC watches is not responsible for delays in customs. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We ship via USPS, FedEx and UPS. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. For high value items where insurance above $5000 is required, we will ship via FedEx.
